Shipping & Returns Policy
You are entitled to exchange or return non-sale items within 28 days of receiving the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All sale items are final sale and will not be refunded.
The product must be returned unused, unworn, not damaged or altered in any way and in the original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we aim to process the exchange/refund within 7 days.
Please note: if any of the criteria is not matched, the product will be sent back to the customer and will not be refunded or exchanged.
